Seems to be a great idea. Many years ago my wife and I were involved with disposing of and moving items from both sets of parents homes (both of our childhood homes). It was a tedious, time-consuming process that got bogged down in memories. Perhaps that process was therapeutic in “letting go” but it sure was difficult. We had stuff in storage units for years, and STILL have things stashed in a garage. It’s going to be even tougher for our kids unless we have professional help…perhaps even for our heads.
